Planning Board Minutes
December 13, 2004
In Attendance: William Meegan-chairperson, Richard Osnoss, John Flender, Edward Kenyon, Russell Walton and Deborah Cini.
Absent: Mitchel Posin and Annabel Dietz.
William Meegan opened the meeting at 4:35p.m. The Planning Board then took a few minutes to remember Beatrice Atkinson. Bea passed away Sunday night.
The meeting minutes from November 15, 2004 were reviewed and approved as amended.
The meeting minutes from November 22, 2004 were reviewed and approved as written.
The mail was reviewed and the only comment was regarding the Vineyard Gazette bill. It appeared to be from the advertisement from the Housing Committee. Deborah Cini stated that she would take care of it.
The Zoning Board of Appeals application from Bonnie Waitzkin, Map 25 Lot 113, was reviewed and no comment was recorded.
The Budget was addressed and the changes to the budget are listed below. All others stayed the same.
Printing- was $1,500.00 and decreased to $1,000.00
Postage was $330.00 and decreased to $200.00
There was a discussion regarding changing the legal counsel budget. The budget for legal counsel remained unchanged due to two possible pending appeals.
The Planning board then went to hypothetical discussions. The discussion was if a person has four acres and would like to subdivide a parcel into a one acre parcel is it a Form A or a Form C? And what would the form be if it had a house on it? The possible determination was yes it is a Form A if there is no house on it. If the proposed parcel has a house on the property it is a Form C.
William Meegan mentioned that he would like the Planning Board to meet with the Squibnocket Pond Advisory Committee regarding the water study that was completed.
Also the Planning Board would like to meet with the Trails and Byways Committee for an update.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30p.m.
